Adrageous BigQuery App Privacy Policy

Adrageous Media Limited (“Adrageous Media”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates the Adrageous BigQuery application (“the App”).

This Privacy Policy explains how the App accesses, processes, stores and uses information obtained through Meta’s platforms and APIs.

1. Purpose of the App

Adrageous BigQuery is an internal marketing data and reporting application used by Adrageous Media to manage, analyse and report on advertising activity for Adrageous Media and clients who have authorised us to access their advertising accounts.

The App connects authorised Meta advertising accounts with our reporting infrastructure, including Google BigQuery.

The data is used for purposes including:

• Advertising performance reporting
• Campaign, ad set and advertisement analysis
• Conversion and lead reporting
• Marketing attribution
• Performance monitoring
• Identifying opportunities to improve advertising performance
• Historical advertising analysis
• Internal and client reporting

The App is not offered as a public consumer application.

2. Information We Access

Where permission has been granted through Meta, the App may access information associated with authorised advertising accounts, including:

• Meta advertising account IDs and names
• Campaign information
• Ad set information
• Advertisement information
• Advertising performance metrics
• Spend, impressions, reach and frequency
• Click and engagement metrics
• Conversion and action data
• Lead and conversion performance metrics
• Campaign objectives and optimisation information
• Other advertising reporting information made available through the Meta Marketing API

We only access information necessary for advertising management, measurement, reporting and analysis.

3. How We Use Information

Information accessed through the Meta Marketing API is used to provide marketing services to Adrageous Media clients and to operate our internal reporting and analytics systems.

We may use this information to:

• Produce advertising performance reports
• Analyse campaign performance
• Calculate marketing metrics such as cost per lead and cost per conversion
• Compare campaign, ad set and advertisement performance
• Monitor changes in advertising performance
• Improve advertising campaigns
• Provide clients with marketing insights
• Maintain historical advertising performance records

We do not sell information obtained through the Meta Marketing API.

4. Legal Basis and Authorisation

Adrageous Media only accesses client advertising accounts where appropriate access or authorisation has been provided.

Clients may revoke our access to their Meta assets through their Meta Business settings.

Where applicable, we process personal data in accordance with UK data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

5. Data Storage and Processing

Advertising data accessed by the App may be transferred to and stored within Google Cloud services, including Google BigQuery, for reporting, analytics and historical performance analysis.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or loss.

Access to our systems and advertising data is restricted to authorised persons and service providers where access is required for legitimate business purposes.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell Meta advertising data.

Information may be processed by service providers that support our infrastructure, analytics, reporting or marketing operations where necessary to provide our services.

We may also provide relevant advertising information and reports to the client responsible for the advertising account from which that information originated.

Information may be disclosed where required by law or where necessary to protect our legal rights.

7. Data Retention

We retain advertising and reporting data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain historical marketing records, meet contractual requirements and comply with applicable legal obligations.

When information is no longer required, we may delete or anonymise it in accordance with our data-retention practices and applicable law.

8. Data Deletion Requests

Clients and other eligible individuals may request deletion of information associated with them where applicable.

The App relies on third-party technology providers to operate its data and reporting infrastructure. These may include Meta and Google Cloud.

We use reasonable security measures designed to protect information processed through the App. These include access controls and restrictions intended to ensure that advertising data is available only to authorised persons and systems.

No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
